Agility knows no age: Training video by 86-year-old Brazilian Donha Mitsue

A video from Brazil made the rounds on social media last week. In this one, an elderly lady confidently completes a training course with a Border Collie somewhere in Brazil. What may not sound so spectacular at first, should change suddenly if we tell you the age of the lady. Because Donha Mitsue is a proud 86 years old. Her trainer Vivyane Specian, who published the video on her Facebook page, is also amazed at her oldest student. It is not for nothing that the Agility sport or the Agility hobby is considered as a good exercise to keep both body and mind fit. We think: Some younger contemporaries could learn a thing or two from this.
