Training diary by Ina Himle

Norwegian top athlete Ina Himle has been working in recent months on a training diary. The diary in A5 format offers the possibility to record your training level individually, to define goals and write notes. Only the basic structure of the 52 weeks is specified, everything else can be entered individually. There is currently a 20% discount on the first 50 pre-orders. After that, the diary costs around 20 euros. The diary is so far only available in the Norwegian language. Depending on the demand, there is also an English version planned.
