Finland also temporarily banned Norwegian dogs from all tournaments

Yesterday in the late evening, Finland was also reacting to the incidents of the mysterious and as yet unknown disease in Norway. The Finnish Food Agency and the Finnish Kennel Club, which are taking further steps in cases of outbreaks of foreign diseases in dogs, have decided to provisionally ban dogs living in Norway from all dog events. Responsible persons will reassess the situation next week as soon as initial results are available. It will only take 2 weeks until the World Championship in Finland starts. According to the current status, the Norwegian national team would be excluded from the tournament. The epidemic in Norway is characterized by bloody diarrhea, vomiting and a rapidly deteriorating general condition. More information about the case you can find in yesterday’s news.
